Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Date Again, including the iOS app, the Android app, and this website. By downloading, creating an account, or using Date Again, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Date Again offers ideas and reminders for two people who want to stay close: a daily spark, a weekly challenge, and a monthly treat. Ideas are suggestions, not therapy, medical advice, or a promise of any outcome. You are responsible for how you use them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old, or the age required by the App Store or Google Play in your country if that age is higher. You must also be able to form a contract. Date Again is meant for real relationships. Do not use it to impersonate someone else.

Accounts and pairing

You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep that account safe. Pairing is optional and opt in. Only pair with someone you trust. You can unlink in the app at any time. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Subscriptions

Date Again is a paid Standard plan. Purchases, renewals, and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Their terms apply. Manage or cancel your plan in your store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription by itself.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Date Again, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or use it to harass, threaten, or harm anyone. Do not scrape, copy, or resell the product. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Your content

You keep rights to names, notes, and other details you provide. You give us a limited license to host and process that information so the app can work, including sharing it with a paired partner when you choose to pair.

Our content

The Date Again name, design, and generated ideas are ours or our licensors. You may use them inside the app for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy the service or present our ideas as your product.

Availability

We aim to keep Date Again working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, ideas, and pricing may change. The website and app are provided as available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Date Again is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for relationship outcomes that follow from using an idea. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Standard plan in the three months before the claim, or zero if you did not pay us directly.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. If a change is material, we will try to let you know in the app or on this site.
